Projects We Fund
Our work is currently based in the following sub-Saharan countries:

There are good reasons for this focus:
- The Directors of the Foundation have established links with these countries.
- The Foundation has contacts ‘on the ground' in these countries, contacts that can monitor and evaluate the use of the money and be absolutely certain that the dollars are getting into the hands of those most in need.
- There are networks of indigenous and international NGOs with which the Foundation can work successfully in the planning and implementation of initiatives.
The inclusion of Rwanda specifically and deliberately makes possible the use of Canada's bilingual capacity. At least one of our Directors can call upon the National AIDS Council within each country for advice.
