Make a memorial donation

Many people choose to honour the memory of loved ones with a gift.

You can make a donation in memoriam online, by phone or by mail.

• Click here to make a memorial donation online and send an ecard. You will also be given the option to provide instructions to us to send a letter on your behalf, by selecting to send a traditional card.
• To donate by phone, call us at 416-533-9292 or 1-888-203-9990, ext. 0. With the information you provide, we will send a memorial letter on your behalf for the donation made in memory of a friend or loved one. View a sample memorial tribute letter here.
• You can also mail a cheque or money order with instructions to the address at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to include the name of the person being honoured and any message you would like us to convey in the tribute letter.

Please note: Some donors choose not to send a letter when they make a memorial donation. Quite often, the families of people who have passed contact us to find out who made a donation in memory of their loved one. Unless you specify otherwise, we will release your name and address to the family if they request this information from us. Donate in honour of a special occasion

A donation is a truly meaningful way to acknowledge the joy of a birthday, wedding, anniversary, graduation or other special occasion. Click here to make a tribute donation online and send an ecard. You will also be given the option to provide instructions for us to send a printed card on your behalf. We have two beautiful printed cards available (displayed at right). To choose this option, select the "traditional card" button.

Each printed card includes a short description of the Foundation's work and can be customized with your own personal message inside. If you do not have a specific message you would like to include, the text inside the card will read: "I wanted to give you a gift that is truly meaningful by making a donation in your honour to the Stephen Lewis Foundation."

To make your tribute donation by phone, please call the Foundation directly at 416-533-9292 or toll-free at 1-888-203-9990, ext. 0. With the information you provide we will send a tribute card with your message to the person being honoured. Please be sure to leave us enough time to send a card for a special occasion!
