Event Planning Forms
Before you hold your event, please print, sign and return the Event Letter of Understanding to the SLF Community Events Team:
People who have organized events to raise money for the Foundation have found the following documents very useful in planning and executing a successful event:

Boilerplate |
You should use donor cards when you expect to receive cash donations. It allows the donor to fill out all the information required in order to receive a tax receipt from the Foundation. This file can be used to print donor cards as labels which can be easily affixed to an envelope. An individual would fill out the label (donor card), put the cash in the envelope and seal it. |

| Donation Methods Insert | This document explains the methods available for making a donation to the Foundation. It is set up with two inserts per page. These can be printed, cut in half and distributed with other materials at your event. |
