It is possible to arrange a pre-authorized monthly deduction from your credit card or bank account. This allows us to plan ahead knowing that we have a reliable source of revenue. Thank you for your considering to provide us with your ongoing support.
donate by credit card
If you wish to donate by credit card, you can set up monthly payments online through CanadaHelps, or you can fill out the credit card authorization form and send it to us by fax or surface mail.
To change your monthly donation amount or update your credit card information, please email the relevant information to lhutchison@stephenlewisfoundation.org.
donate by pre-authorized bank withdrawal
To authorize monthly donations from a bank account, please fill out the bank account authorization form and send it to us by mail or by fax. Please be sure to sign the form and include a void cheque. If you prefer, send us a void cheque and a signed statement authorizing us to make the withdrawal (on either the 1st or 15th of the month), with your full name and address, your bank's address and your account number.
To change your monthly donation amount, please email your name, address and the new amount to lhutchison@stephenlewisfoundation.org.
To notify the Foundation of a change to your banking information, please mail us a voided cheque along with your name and address.
TAX RECEIPTS FOR MONTHLY DONATIONS
If you are making monthly donations through your bank account or credit card, your annual receipt will be sent out in January for the previous tax year.
